Ha! Combining one of my fave funny films, The Princess Bride, with reproductive rights warms the cockles of this feminist cinephile’s heart. P.S. Any anti-choicers hiding behind religion don’t give a shit about “morality.” They care about mandating reproduction and controlling women’s bodies.

You’re right — it’s all about men who want to control women. If men want to prevent abortions, I propose we mandate that all male babies be sterilized at birth, using a procedure which can be reversed when he is age 21 provided that he is married and has his wife’s written (with photo ID) consent.
This. Is. Awesome. Why doesn’t anyone bring up the fact that nobody gets to impose their religion on other people??
PS-Opinioness, please add +1 to your site (Google+), in addition to Twitter, etc.
PPS-Did you get my email from the other day?
I don’t think it’s right for the law to get involved in the issue of whether or not abortion is legal. Personally though, I think it’s a dick move unless you’re saving your life by it. Sure you have rights, but doesn’t the tiny meat bag deserve at least the chance of survival afforded by being birthed and dumped on the orphanage doorsteps?
